420 Mod Pre-Hard Stainless

420 Modified Pre-Hard Stainless: For use in holder plates, backing plates, cavity and ejector plates.

420 Stainless ESR is suitable to both injection molds and compression molds. 420 ESR also has a high corrosion resistance.

4140 Modified Pre Hard applications include holder plates, backing plates, cavity and ejector plates.

Premium H-13 is suitable for use in high-volume production molds and can withstand repeated heating and cooling during plastic molding.

S-7 MQ is suitable for use in applications requiring high impact strength such as shears, punches, dies and chisels.

PM Plus is a high wear resistant powder metal stainless steel. Used in plastics and extrusion where high resistance and wear is necessary.

17-4 Stainless Steel applications include: plastic extrusion tooling, injection mold inserts and high corrosion resistant stainless applications.

P20 Modified is a general-purpose mold steel with good toughness and machinability. Commonly used in low to medium volume plastic injection molds.
