Sturdell Industries was formed in 1986 when founder and President, Nick Laird, saw a need in the steel plate market for someone to offer more "Value Added Services", to the Custom Mold Plate and Stamping Die markets in North America. Sturdell Industries prides itself on being the "First Ones Back" on all quotes and inquiries. In addition, Sturdell strives to lead the industry in delivery on"Value Added Services" performed at our facility. These services include: Gundrilled Waterlines,(including counterbores and taps), Chamfers, Lift Holes, Clamp Slots & Rough Pocketing.
