	Customer Saved Days in Transit
	*This customer used to spend two days each way in transit to obtain Gundrilling on his Plates* Sturdell now provides plates fully machined and gundrilled - on his floor in 9 days complete.

	This had to go in 5 days.
	We crossed our fingers on this one! Over 16,000 lbs of material Ground, Milled Square with Lift-holes and Chamfers - all shipped in 5 days!

This was a big one! 2 plates, over 13,000 lbs of steel, 600 inches of Gundrilling with Taps & Counterbores. Customer needed on his floor in 9 days. Here's what we did.

First we cut this from a plate 84" x 145"

Next we Blanchard Ground both of these plates to desired thickness

Milling these & adding Lift-holes was a breeze on our 35 HP boring mill

Our Large gundrill tackled this one just fine, even adding the Counterbores and Taps right on the machine

	Tie-Bar Spacing a Problem?
	*Molding machine not big enough for mold? We helped this customer around this problem he had.* We cut the corner's off so the customer could fit this into a smaller molding machine he wanted to use for this tool. He could not find anyone to make clean machined edges for him to maintain the aesthetic value of the tool with his modifications.

	Set of 9 in 7 days
	Over 2,146 inches of waterlines and 162 taps.....7 days from P.O. This one really pushed us hard but we delivered. We have since enjoyed many orders from this customer and yes, he still gives us 7 days.....

	Rough Pocketing
	Another example of Sturdell's Pocket Roughing capabilities Our customer wanted to do "Minimal machining" when he received these blocks. We took them to within .060" on the pockets and he finished them in a tenth the time. This let his machines do what their intended for. Making him money!
